Here's a few things about Jack at 10 months:
- Food: Loves it. We are big eaters which is why he weighs about 23 lbs. Any Gerber Stage 3 works for him - he really likes the spaghetti-o one. He is also a fan of puffs, baby cheetos, Yobaby yogurt, yogurt melts, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Formula - can't get enough! Gets excited when he sees his bottle and immediately grabs it out of your hands. He averages about 25-30 oz a day. We do not like the sippy cup yet or juice for that matter. He's got 2 more months on the bottle before we go cold turkey with the cup. I'm dreading the transition but excited about the concept of milk!
- Sleep - As per usual, he's a champ. Typical bedtime is anywhere b/t 7 and 7:30. He'll go from then til 6-6:30. Usually he doesn't wake up but if he does, it's b/c the poor man needs a diaper change. As for naps, he has a long morning nap, a hr long lunch nap, and typically a pre-bedtime nap (I know that doesn't make sense but he doesn't sleep much at daycare and usually needs a nap when we walk in the door at 5).
- Bedtime routine - Dinnertime is first, then it's bath time which we love! After that we put on pjs, read two or three books (Sandra Boynton is our favorite), and then straight to the crib. A quick squeeze from his Seahorse (Jack Cousteau!) and he's off to sleep.
- Milestones - He can wave bye bye, sometimes throw a kiss, clap hands, and has completed 5 chapters of his Nuclear Fusion dissertation. Just kidding. He is working on pulling up and stuff like that but I'm in no rush for him to hit these. I like having my baby. :)
- Favorite stuff - Still rockin' the Jumperoo. Doing the sniper crawl like a true Navy Seal. Our typical targets are the sliding glass door and the curtains that hang from it. Oh, and Bean's food bowls. We also love our car and have learned how to player "bumper cars" with everything around - Mommy & Daddy's ankles, the wall, the cabinets, The Bean.

He is so cute as a 10 month old!! Such grins! Also, the fact that you are even handing him a sippy cup means he is way more advanced than Anderson was at 1o months. I do love that sippy cup brand thought-it is a hit over here. I need to see the double digit boy!!
He's so grownup what with the sippy cup and all-I miss my baby boy-he's so cute -check out his feet propped up on the highchair tray!!
